Ask for the areas of roof included, the access arrangement, the moss-removal method and how surrounding surfaces will be protected. Check whether gutter clearance, debris collection and a follow-up treatment are included in the agreed scope. Different roof shapes and obstacles can change the work involved.

Compressed air and treatment do different jobs
Removing established moss is one stage. A suitable professional biocide treatment may be discussed afterwards to address remaining organic growth. The dry moss-removal method does not mean every later treatment is water-free. Ask which product and application are proposed and what changes to expect over time.
